You can reimburse the change cost if it was mistakenly applied to an MVP Gold Member, an unrestricted ticket, or a government fare.
You will receive a debit memo for the reimbursement if the original ticket is not fully unrestricted.
Get a waiver code by calling the inside sales desk, then note it on your ARC report.
A copy of the auditor’s coupon, which includes the amount collected and a brief explanation, must also be faxed to the Alaska Airlines accounting refund department at 1-855-956-2158.
What can be done if an incorrect ticket was issued?
You have 24 hours to cancel the ticket and start over without incurring any penalties if you issued it incorrectly.
